    Eros’s pedigree

    Eros, our second Leo, has a nickname, “Sweet boy.” This truly says it all. Eros has a temperament that is laid back, but he is very sensitive, and so tries to please us whenever he can (unfortunately, this has involved quite a bit of “trial and error” on his part) Eros has also attained his UKC championship, and at 17 months was only one major away from his LCA championship. He has a bit of a sense of humor which tends to come out in the ring (usually at my expense), but he is happiest in our swimming pool in the backyard, dog paddling away.

    While we took Eros into our home with hopes of a stud career (hence his registered name) it was not to be.  We felt Eros’ health, with a mildly dysplastic hip, and his conformation did not quite measure up to the qualities we were looking to breed.  All this said, Eros is a wonderful part of our family.  His nature is sweet and undemanding.  It makes him perfect for the Therapy work he performs occasionally.
